This star light is in my Top 3 of all-time exercises . Works it all: Core, heart rate, and muscles of the lower & upper body. Especially works the glutes (get a nice butt, wink wink, and stronger with everything).
Feet shoulder width apart, star light let the kettlebell swing between your legs (not too low or below the knee), star light let the kettlebell go behind your body, then thrust your hips forward squeezing star light your glutes and abs.
Do as many rounds as possible with little to no break in-between movements Perform for 13 minutes. Drink water as needed. For the finisher (last 2 mins) you can perform mountain climbers OR burpees. Feel friggin’ awesome.
