Next Tuesday, 11 the Commission of Science, Technology, Communication and Information Technology (CCT) of the Senate may approve the PLS 343/2012 which requires the phone to inform the provider which previously destination of the calls made by the user companies.
According to the bill, Senator Cassio Cunha Lima (PSDB-PB), the norm is valid for both fixed and mobile beacon phones, and the information would be waived when a call has the same carrier as the destination of origin.
